Stop Complaining And Make A Change

The habit of complaining about your life is probably part of being a human. I’m not sure how it can benefit you yet, all I know is it doesn’t do any good to anyone. It’s not only a waste of time but it also can make other people have a negative mindset. I believe that one of the main reasons why you tend to rant about everything around you is because you are not genuinely happy. If you are dissatisfied inside, the way we express ourselves like say and do things can be in negative ways as well.

If you want to live a happy life, then stop complaining. You are the one who is responsible for your own happiness. It’s either you keep on complaining and wait for the magic to happen and make all things better for you or do it on your own by doing an action and change. Remember, life is too short and the clock is ticking. Don’t delay it and do it now.

Figure out why are you unhappy.

It’s easy to answer a problem if you know what is the issue first. Making complaints is one of the outlets of your pain or anger inside of you. Whatever the reasons it may be, you are the only one who can know it. You know yourself better than anyone else.

Change your attitude.

By shifting your attitude from negative to being optimistic, expect those good things can happen. Don’t expect that you will feel better when you constantly think of negative thoughts about everything. It doesn’t work that way. You can only attract good things by thinking about good things, the same with bad things. The law of attraction is about letting into your life all the things you have in mind and heart so be careful.

Look for ways on how to be happy.

If you think that it’s impossible for you to be happy, then you are already making an excuse. Do you want to stay miserable until your last day here on earth? Don’t doubt yourself that you can’t do it because you can! You just have to gain enough courage and patience so you can reach your goals and keep in mind that it takes one step at a time.

Make actions and let go of the past.

Your road to satisfaction will not be that easy because along the way, expect that you will face disappointment, rejections and mistakes. You don’t have to worry because these will be all part of the best version of you. And once you succeed, it will be worth it.

I have a few posts in the past about having a habit of complaining about my life and whenever I have time, I reread them and reflect on it. As I get older, it feels better to see and know that I grew up emotionally when it comes to how I view things and make decisions not only for myself but also with other people. Some life lessons I’ve learned in the past were from my Mom, personal experiences and some were from the people that I met. I’m indebted for all of it, bad and good things, I treasure them.

Thank you so much for reading!
