Things I Look Forward Seeing Every Day

Have you ever gotten excited to wake up and start your day feeling good? I do. There are things that I look forward to seeing every day that makes me feel grateful. As I grew older, the more I realized how little things matter in my life. I easily get distracted by bigger things and I seldom notice the tiny details in my surrounding. Sometimes, I have to stop and admire things that are unnoticeable.

I listed the things I look forward to seeing every day and want to share them with you. I’m not sure if you can relate to them or you might want to add some of them. Either way, I hope you find this post inspiring.

My loved ones

I always look forward to seeing my family and pets every day because they’re the reason why I stay positive and motivated in life. When I see them, they remind me that they’re here to support me with my dreams and goals. My priorities in life are mainly about them. I can say that I’m a selfless person. They’re always part of my decision-making.

Busy streets, city lights and nature

When I go to the city, I don’t listen to music with my earphones. I always keep myself busy looking outside the window when I’m on public transportation. I enjoy looking at the rice fields, and tall and dead trees. And even the dark blue sea along the highway going to my destination. For me, the best time of the day to travel is during sunrise and sunset. Seeing these views never fails to make me fall in love with nature all over again.

Myself in the mirror

I used to hate what I’m seeing in the mirror every time I look at it. Not only physically but also mentally. As days go by, I slowly learn how to embrace myself wholeheartedly. I still sometimes feel insecure about a specific part of myself but instead of feeling down, I shift my mood. I do something about it that will help me feel more confident about myself.
